Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training. It’s performed on a specialized machine called the Megaformer and is designed to deliver quick and effective results.

We love Pilates! Lagree is not Pilates, and Pilates is not Lagree. Both methods have amazing benefits, they are two completely different methods performed on different machines. Both Pilates and Lagree focus on core strength and controlled movements, Lagree integrates cardio, endurance and strength training, making it more intense and dynamic.

Lagree is suitable for all fitness levels. Our trainers will help you modify exercises to match your current abilities and gradually build your strength and endurance.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow for movement. Grip socks are required for safety and stability on the Megaformer. If you don't have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the studio.

We know you’re busy. Classes last 45 minutes. Each session is designed to maximize your workout in a short amount of time, providing an effective, full-body experience so you can continue on with your day feeling amazing.

Yes, but please inform your instructor about any injuries before class. Our trainers can provide modifications to accommodate your needs and ensure a safe workout.

You can book classes directly through our website under the Schedule tab. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us for assistance.

We require a 12-hour notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No need for a private lesson or a beginner class! All of our classes are suitable for Lagree beginners, as every move can be modified. If it’s your first class, show up at least 10 minutes early. You’ll be welcomed with open arms and given a quick tutorial on how to safely use the Megaformer, the machine used in the Lagree MethodTM .

For optimal results, we recommend attending Lagree classes 2-4 times per week, depending on your fitness goals and schedule.
