What is Lagree?

The Lagree Fitness Training Method is an elite fitness program developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree. Lagree is a high intensity, low impact workout that combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core and flexibility training. It's performed on a specialized machine called the Megaformer.

One of the main things to remember is it's not Pilates, it's Lagree! We love Pilates! Lagree is not Pilates, and Pilates is not Lagree. Both methods have amazing benefits. They are two completely different methods performed on different machines. Both Pilates and Lagree focus on core strength and controlled movements. Lagree integrates cardio, endurance, and strength training, making it more intense and dynamic. Come check it out for yourself!

The Lagree Fitness Training MethodTM is an elite fitness program developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree. One of the main things to remember is it's not pilates, it's Lagree! Lagree FitnessTM is taught exclusively on the Megaformer and is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, core, and flexibility training. The key term here is effective.
The method focuses on five key elements to reach effective muscle stimulation: Resistance, Range of Motion, Angle, Tempo and Duration. Tension is kept constant and continuous. Movements are performed slow and controlled with quick transitions between sets keeping the heart rate elevated.
