Studio Policies

LATE ARRIVAL

Please try your best to arrive on time for class. If you are running late, please call our front desk (949) 662-0199 so we can be sure to save your spot. If you do not contact the studio and arrive after the class has stared, your space may be given to a standby student at the start of class.

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY

All memberships are allowed one 14-day freeze per calendar year. Any additional freezes will also be 14 days in length and will incur a $25 fee per suspension. Please notify the front desk 14-days in advance of your account freeze.

WAITLIST

The waitlist is a fantastic tool to get into the class you want! Please treat the waitlist as signing up for the class.  When you sign up for the waitlist, this means you are available to attend the class.  As people cancel their reservations, the waitlist will add you up to 1 hour before the start of class. If you make plans and can no longer attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancelation fees. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you are no longer available to attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a full refund for a canceled class reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:

Log into your account and click your schedule. From there, click “Cancel” next to the class that you wish to cancel.

No fee Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $20.

No Show: If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $30.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

FOOTWEAR

Foy your safety, all clients are required to wear grip socks during Lagree classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at our studio locations.

NO PETS, NO KIDS

We love your kids and your animals, but we kindly ask that you do not bring them to the studio.

CELL PHONES

We understand it’s important to stay connected.  Cell phones are welcome in the cupholders on the Megaformers.  We ask that you kindly step into the reception area to take any emergency calls.

ANTI-DISCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY

CDM Lagree disapproves of any unwelcomed, inappropriate, discriminatory, harassing, and or offensive conduct by its personnel or its members. If you believe you have been subject to unwelcomed, inappropriate, and or offensive conduct by any of the CDM Lagree’s personnel or any of the Company’s members including while participating in the Company’s class, we encourage you to tell the person engaging clearly and promptly that the conduct is unwelcomed and offensive (if you are comfortable doing so). We also ask that you promptly notify a member of the studio team if the discrimination, harassment or other unwanted conduct takes place in a studio, or e-mail the company’s team at coronadelmar@cdmlagree.com if you feel more comfortable reporting the discrimination, harassment, or other unwanted conduct by e-mail correspondence.
